If you have been waiting for the next iPhone series of this year, well, you might need to wait a little bit longer. According to sources, it could be a few weeks later than it’s usual September release.
During the Q3 2020 earnings call, it was confirmed by Apple that the supplies of the company’s new release are expected later than the usual due to COVID-19 reasons.
Rumors have it that Apple will complete its final testing at the end of June and mass production in July. Other sources said that the launch could even fall in 2021. There is no definite release date yet, but the prices are certainly expected to be expensive as usual.

Since there will be supposed four models of iPhone this year expected that it would have various sizes too. Starting from the base handset iPhone 12 that is reported to be a 5.4-inch display. The price of this model could be ranging from $549 up to $749.
It is followed by a 6.1-inch display, iPhone Max that could cost as much as $649 to $849. The iPhone Pro has the same size as iPhone Max but a bit costly, betting a possible price of $999 to 1,299.
Then, the ultimate iPhone Max Pro is suspected to be a 6.7-inch display with a possible price of $1099 up to $1,399.
There have been surprising reports as well about the new iPhone series’ specs, such as having Face ID and fingerprint scanner. If the reported data are real, the new series could lead to a significant change for the brand, since on their previous iPhones, there have been no fingerprint scanner. Some of the sources even said that a standard iPhone 12 would be smaller than the iPhone 7.
Moreover, there are also expectations about iPhone 12 being water-resistant retaining the IP68 water and dust resistance like the iPhone 11.
