Hold your horses Tesla enthusiasts!
If you’re excited about the company’s Cybertruck you better hold on tight for a while there.
I know you’re really excited and all to get your hands on the army-style car by the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer but it seems that the company’s employees will have to get to experience the model first, that is according to a report on website Carbuzz.
As Michael Buttler of Carbuzz shares, a reliable source and insider suggest that the people working for the company will most definitely be the ones to have a test ride on the Cybertruck. This lets the company save resources instead of opting for other conventional methods. Users will be able to share their experience on their latest ride directly which helps Tesla to directly work on them.
This is not the first time the company has done such a move. They also did this earlier with their Model 3, wherein their employees also had the first dibs on one of the company’s bestselling models.
Buttler speculates that the specific employees that will be able to test out the Cybertruck are the personnel involved in the planning of the model’s supply chain and production. He argues that this will help them get into the perspective of the customer’s expectations about the product.
The Cybertruck’s single motor RWD (rear-wheel-drive) model is set for a late 2021 release while the other models will follow suit the following year.
