To benefit from its leading decentralized oracle solutions, the Nervos network called onboard Chainlink on Monday. Chainlink, as defined in a post at NameCoinNews, is known to provide a wide range of independent and secure node operators combined with high performing data resources which Nervos developers can benefit in creating an advanced decentralized application (dApps) that can be linked up to conventional real-world data and systems without compromising security and reliability. Cryptoslate shared that this integration would lead Nervos to open and explore a variety of new cases including DeFi financial contracts, insurance products connected to IoT networks, and gaming applications based on verifiable randomness.
With more than 35 decentralized oracle networks for accessing various data of FX rates, indices, commodities, and other digital assets, Chainlink offers developers options to join existing oracle networks or come-up with their customized designs. This partnership also created opportunities for developers to explore some features present in the network like a large number of Sybil-resistant operators that ensure no one oracle node becomes a single point of failure.
Nervos Network and Chainlink are part of the six public blockchains supported by China’s Blockchain Service Network which recently launched its global website to be more accessible to international developers and users as it aims to dominate in this evolving industry.
