China’s nationwide blockchain project, starting August 10, will be accessible to a much wider audience as it launched an official English-language website for its blockchain-based Service Network (BSN).
As the first government-backed blockchain-powered service network, it aims to reach as many international developers to join the project with BSN, noted to have onboard some major global tech and blockchain firms as their partners. Cointelegraph reported that Google and Amazon Web Services are listed as cloud service providers, while Hyperledger is the website’s permissioned blockchain supplier. Red Date Technology CEO and a founding member of the BSN shared with Cointelegraph that the newly launched website allows developers to use its services and public chain services via its portal. With a possible collaboration in mind, BSN features live integration of six public chains that allow developers to build decentralized applications and run nodes on its data storage and bandwidth at overseas data centers of BSN. Ethereum, EOS, Nervos, Tezos, NEO, and IRISnet are public chains included in the said blockchain-based service network.
The team, in an interview, announced to launch in October the so-called “Interchain Communication Hub” via IRITA interchain service hub and decentralized network Chainlink.
