Another thing to note is the coffee grounds leftover at the bottom of the pot. You may want to strain those coffee grounds to avoid tasting its bitterness.
Mud Coffee Method:
The mud coffee is another traditional method that is famous in the Middle East. It only follows simple steps, from pouring the fine grounds of coffee onto the cup. Then, pouring hot water over it until it cools until the coffee grounds to sink to the bottom.
It’s like you’re making an instant coffee, but there will be a mud-like coffee grounds at the bottom of your cup. That’s why it is called the mud coffee method.
Drip Brew Method:
The drip brew method is also known as the filtered coffee method. In this method, the coffee grounds are placed in a bag filter and steeped with boiling or hot water.
This method is like when you’re brewing a cup of tea. All you need here are a couple of coffee filter bags that you can either buy or make.
Brewing a delicious coffee does not need an expensive coffee maker. The methods mentioned above are proof that you can always brew your coffee in any way you like. But, there are some advantages and disadvantages to doing it through these methods.
